Pet Policy:

We regret that pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

Damages and Loss:

Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.

The hotel is not liable for the loss of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.

Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries or accidents on the property.

Booking Procedure:

  • Enquiry for booking should be done via website form or over phone.
  • Booking will be confirmed after ascertaining the bank deposit of Advance.
  • Payment is to be made through UPI / Bank Deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • If any guest wants to Cancel his booking, them have to inform minimum 14-10 days before check in, Guest Can adjust their booking amount by Check in with in next 90 days of last check in dates No amount will be refunded in this case.
  • if any medical emergency came And guest canceled the trip and if the guest do not want to Check in within next 90 days, then 50% of total booking value will be deducted from advance money and rest amount will be returned back.
  • If any medical emergency Came and guest informed before 9-4 days ago of Check in date, then 25% of Booking value will be deducted from the Advance money and guest can adjust their rest amount by check in with in 90 days from the last Checkin dates.
  • And if guests informs before 3 - 1 days then 35% Will be deducted.
